Per Settembre 2009, Ubisoft con ex-collaboratori alla serie targata Nintendo nonchè ex sviluppatori del Team Ninja, giocheremo ad un picchaduro a incontri con il gioco online insieme al multiplayer per quattro giocatori sulla stessa TV, affiancati dalle immancabili opzioni Story (per giocatore singolo), Torunament, Practice e così via. Trattandosi di un picchiaduro, sono previsti parecchi bonus da sbloccare, soprattutto livelli e personaggi, mentre restano ancora "top secret" immagini e informazioni sul sistema di combattimento.
