Citazione
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA -- FEBRUARY 11, 2009 -- Atlus U.S.A. today announced that it has secured the North American publishing rights for Knights in the Nightmare™, a groundbreaking new gaming experience for Nintendo DS™. Certain to be one of the most innovative titles of 2009, Knights in the Nightmare is wholly unique. Not easily placed in any one genre, the game requires players to throw out everything they know about roleplaying and strategy games and embrace something altogether new and fresh. Frantic, energetic action mixes with thought-provoking tactical gameplay, all within a beautifully-rendered fantasy setting and presented through a captivating, emotional narrative. Dripping with style and originality, Knights in the Nightmare delivers an unforgettable experience.

Knights in the Nightmare is scheduled for release on June 2, 2009 with an MSRP of $34.99.

Questo RTS sviluppato da Sting arriva in lingua potabile, aggiungo un filmato:

Dal trailer me gusta decisamente. :sisi:

Tra l'altro per restare in tema di giochi per DS, sono quasi tentato di prendemi la versione import JAP di Tales of Hearts perchè ne ho sentito parlare discretamente bene. :sisi:

Anyway, the best way to sum up this game is "bullet-hell SRPG". You basically control your characters in the battle field and monsters move and attack you in real-time by shooting bullets at you. More you can dodge their attacks, more you can plan and attack those monsters (this is inaccurate in some parts but it's good enough for the summary). You have to achieve the goal for each mission (usually annihilation of enemies or boss) before you run out of time. The system is very unique so it's worth trying out if you don't like standard SRPGs (like the ones you mentioned) and are looking for something new.
However, the game can be quite challenging and will punish you if you play poorly. Make sure to read tutorials before you start the game. One of the topics in this board explains the battle system so feel free to look it up.
